Hi,
November 24, I made 4 withdraw (3x200€ and 1x100€).
Via SEPA Transfer, so it's 24h to be done.
There were not my first withdraws, I made more than dozen before without issues.
November 24, these 4 withdraws are approved, confirmed and realised by operator.
November 25, I received 3 withdraw (3x200€) but the last 100€ are missing.
Until now, December 2, I didn't received these 100€. Chat is always telling me that the payment was done november 24 but don't want send proof. I received the other 3, so there is no issue with my account. I sent a message from "Request Administrator" from my account like one week ago, and no response. I spoke to my bank and there is nothing wrong with my side.
Please help me because I'm talking to a wall since last week ...
