I have a fully verified account with 1xBet. For over two weeks, I have attempted multiple withdrawals. Each withdrawal is initially accepted and marked as “processing,” but after 10–18 hours, it is automatically canceled with messages such as “Technical issues 01” or “Payment processing error.”
I have contacted 1xBet live chat multiple times. Each time, I am told to wait 24 hours and that the payments department is handling it. Despite following instructions, my withdrawals continue to fail. My account is not restricted, I have not changed my bank details, device, or verification information, and deposits still work instantly.
Ive been trying to keep my patience, but it's been going on for weeks now. Ive never had this problem months ago, but it seems like it started happening around febuary cause thats when i started using the site again. And none of my withdrawals have gone through ever since
