I have deposited Rs 2000 on 29 November at 10:17 pm and send all the related details to the customer support team but still amount not credited to my gaming id nor refunded to my bank account.

I have done all things about the payment clearly and I have all the proofs regarding payment .

I have also the phone number of the agent to whom I made the payment.

One more thing whom I made the payment his number is now showing in phonepay with another name,I don't know he changed his number or he removed from 1XBet agents team please check that.
