I have won around 3000euro at 1xbett. already i have send my IDcard and bankdetails for the verification. Then i alrealdy withdrawal 2000euro. i continued playing and had around 3000euro. when i wanted to withdrawal this amount they started asking me new verification to hold one phone with their email conversation next to my head and my IDcard next to my head. i have send it multiple times because they said it was not clear. Then later they are telling me they have done some research and they are blocking my account and i am not getting any money what i have won. they reason why they are not saying

How can i violated any rules if I just have one account on my name. I have never played at 1xbet and this is my first time at 1xbet. Or is winning €3.000 at 1xbet a crime? Or is it not allowed to win money at 1xbet. I have done nothing illegally. You have asked a picture of my paspoort next to my face and I have done that and send it several times.

If you are saying i have multiaccounting then why are u asking me verification after verification and then saying your accounts will be closed and you are not getting any money. You loose the money and I have won then you need to pay out like all others company. I have never played at 1xbet before and this is my first time.
