Hello,

I didn't got paid of weekly cash back and attached is the proof of my transactions and losses. That information can be proof I had a week active playing and loosing. My status is Silver which means 7% of my losses - cash back weekly. I had contact the support which doesn't seems very knowledge saying I don't have any cash back. Incredible,

Hi,

Last time you've requested a VIP cashback, you've had insufficient funds for the cashback, only 7 eurocents. You've made the request on July 17th last time. Our rules outline that for the bonus to take place, the sum must be no less than 2 euro.

Impossible, how do your casino calculate the VIP cashback? Doesn't meet the Terms and Conditions.

Cashback is a percentage of the difference between the total amount placed on bets and the total winnings from the bets. The cashback amount is calculated automatically for the period between the last two cashback requests.

Did you check almost all my deposits loosed (count for cashback 7%).
