Refund was denied without any explanation

I deposited 83,000 yen into 1XBET on November 8 and received a bonus of 82075 yen (about $537 in US dollars).

I then fulfilled the wagering requirements of the bonus and the 82075 yen was added to my account as real money. At that point, I had a balance of 108000 yen in my account.

On November 9, when I attempted to withdraw the 107900 yen, I was asked to verify my identity. I promptly responded and provided the required documentation.

1XBET then unilaterally notified me that “Due to a decision made by our security department, yesterday's Lucky Friday bonus has been voided.” They unilaterally notified me that 82075 yen (about $537 in US dollars) was removed from my account.

I hardly won anything on pure real money bets. As a result of the removal of winnings from my bonus, I was only able to withdraw 25,929 yen after depositing 83,000 yen. I protested this response, but it was not acknowledged. There was no response as to why.

I had been playing with 1XBET for almost a year. I believe this was the first time I met the wagering requirements for the bonus. I demand that 1XBET return the 82075 yen (about $537 in US dollars).

I only do sports betting. That's only natural, since the bonus in question can only be used for sports betting. The investigation results shown by 1xBet do not lead to any solution. And the problem is not solved because they do not explain the basis for determining the violation.

1xBet said, "If you want an explanation, please contact us directly, but we cannot provide any additional information." Sorry, I don't understand what they are saying. What's the point of contacting them when you know that they will not provide you with additional information? And I have not been given any email address.

Confiscate customers' money without a clear reason and do not provide any justification. Do not provide evidence. You are free to do such things. But that will only close the issue as unresolved.

I am very confident in my innocence. I am fine with this issue being closed as unresolved. That will prove my innocence and 1xBet wrong.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
