I requested a withdrawal of [20 USDt] on [16/10/2025]. According to 1xBet, the transaction was confirmed, but I never received the funds in my wallet.
Despite their confirmation, I still have no evidence of a transfer (no TXID, no blockchain record).
I believe I followed all procedures correctly, and this delay/unresponsiveness is unfair.
What I expect :
Refund my withdrawal immediately.
Provide a valid transaction proof (TXID + blockchain confirmation).
Or fully reimburse the amount if the transaction is impossible.
