I am writing to kindly follow up on my complaint regarding a deposit issue with 1xBet, which I submitted some time ago. The transaction in question was made on March 13th, 2025, through the Masrvi e-wallet for an amount of 28,000 MRU, and although the amount was deducted from my wallet, it has never been credited to my 1xBet account.
Over the past weeks, I have cooperated fully with the support team at 1xBet and provided all requested documents, including account statements, payment confirmations, and identification details. However, despite my repeated efforts, the issue remains unresolved.
What concerns me even more is the inconsistency in how my request is being handled. The status of the request keeps changing between "In Work", "Reviewed", "Closed", or "Clarification Data" — without providing any real progress or clear communication about the next steps.
I fully understand that such cases may take time, but given that it has now been over two months since the issue occurred, and more than a month since I submitted all required information, I kindly ask you to assist in obtaining a final resolution.
