Please check my withdrawal 50 SAR
I am writing to file a formal complaint against 1xBet regarding a withdrawal issue that has remained unresolved for over a week. On [17 May 2025] I made a withdrawal request from my 1xBet account. The transaction was successfully requested and confirmed on their platform, but until now, [May 24, 2025], I have not received the funds in my account.
I have contacted 1xBet customer support multiple times via live chat and email to inquire about the status of my withdrawal. Unfortunately, all I’ve received are generic responses asking me to wait or stating that the finance department is "reviewing the issue." No specific information or estimated processing time has been provided. There has been no meaningful communication or resolution from their side.
The amount is 50 Saudi riyals, and I have verified that all my account details and documents are in order. My account is fully verified,d and I have not violated any of their terms and conditions.
I am deeply frustrated with the lack of transparency and urgency shown by 1xBet. A delay of more than seven days without a proper explanation is unacceptable, especially from a reputed international platform.
I am requesting Askgamblers’ assistance in mediating this issue and urging 1xBet to either process my payment immediately or provide a clear reason for the delay.
