Hello!
Today im searching for help because contacting the 1xbet's supporters didnt lead to anything possitive.
I have been playing on this site 1xbet.com long time and my account is a vip acc. On 14th Oct i have made a withdrawal (in screenshoot), all other times it takes ~5minutes to approve and complete my request, only this time maybe it was a bug or they forgot to pay it, so it took many days i tried to contact and explain to them but they keep telling me the nonsense that i have to wait... and nothing they can do...
Really upset and worry if sometime something goes wrong and the tech guys dont like to resolve the problem.
Please someome help me with this matter. I lost too much time and very tired for this....
