1xbet since 04.03.2020 stopped accepting players from Portugal.
I did not know this or I did not receive any email/information regarding this.
I only found out because I saw on facebook people from portugal having problems aswell.
I think this is very bad from them, because how can they close doors to a country and not let us know?
Well... without knowing this I was able to make deposits on their website, only later I found out when I tried to acess their website.
I want the refund of my deposits made only on 04.03.2020 because they don't accept players from Portugal and i can not withdraw my funds. I want the refund of 4 deposits made in total 400€. You can check the screenshots. My id is: 11864639

I can confirm this. Only way I had was using a VPN.
Altough I could login and acess my funds the correct thing to do was for you to refund my deposits and not tell me to do something illegal.
I’d still mark this complaint as unresolved since you failed to provide a decent outcome.
