I made a deposit on 29 November, but the funds were never credited to my 1xBet account.
1xBet support confirmed that the transfer was valid and received. I followed all their instructions and submitted a corrected deposit request as requested.
Despite waiting for more than two weeks and multiple follow-ups, I have only received repeated generic responses stating that the request is under review, without any resolution or specific timeframe.
This delay is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. I request immediate intervention to either credit the deposited funds to my account or provide a clear final explanation with a fixed timeframe.
