Hello,
I have an issue with 1xbet where I have sent some money to deposit on my account to one of the provided wallets by the website, but no deposit was made. I have raised the issue to their support "processing-jor@1xbet-team.com" with no resolution and no responses back for a while until yesterday with the same scripted message that they are "working on it". It's been 12 days now without any progress. They have asked for a video (to go through my wallet transactions) which I've also provided.
Please help with getting this issue resolve! It is really frustrating to just keep getting the same email responses which had led to no where.
Attached the screenshots that proves the payment was successfully sent to 1xbet wallet account.
Please let me know if any other info is needed. Thanks!
