I am having 1xbet account with gaming id <removed>. I placed a request of INR 35000 from 1xbet on 5th march for which I got a notification that the withdrawal has been successful but I have received only 15000 and the remaining 20000 has not yet been received.
I already sent the support team the bank statement but I am not getting any reply.

I have received 30000 till now and there is still 5000 pending from 1xbet team side and i have informed the same to the support team. They informed that the document is still being processed.
