My account is still under verification and I currently cannot access my funds or withdraw my balance

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against 1xBet regarding my account (sent to thecasino >]). My account was completely frozen on July 10th, 2026. Since then, I have been blocked from both betting and withdrawing my remaining balance of 668,447.36 CLP.

I have shown 100% cooperation with their Security Department ([email protected]) and have already provided ALL requested documents long ago. This includes my official Chilean RUT ID, a selfie holding my ID, a phone screen showing my ID, and full bank statements (Cartola Bancaria) proving my transactions.

Despite providing all verification materials, my account has been stuck in "review" for 23 days. Every time I email their security team, I receive the exact same automated copy-paste response telling me to "wait for notification".

This is a clear delay tactic to withhold my legitimate funds. I have violated no terms and conditions. I kindly request the AskGamblers team to intervene, investigate 1xBet's malicious delay, and help me recover my balance of 668,447.36 CLP.

Tomorrow is the 7th day, and now all the agents say that máximum is the 30th. But they don't tell you why, never; you can't cancel either.

I sent all the required documents as they asked and successfully passed my security verification on Feb 3. Then the 1xbet casino support team said they sent a message containing my withdrawal code to the address that I provided on my casino account. But it's been over 5 months; I haven't received any letters from them. They didn't provide any tracking number. When I asked them how much more time it takes or to provide me with a tracking number, they replied with the same response as I attached in the screenshot. they didnt sent any code but are just delaying my withdrawal.

I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding an unresolved deposit issue with 1xBet.

Despite following all of the operator's instructions and providing every document requested, my issue remains unresolved.

I made a UPI QR deposit of ₹25,000 to my 1xBet account. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account. However, the funds were never credited to my 1xBet account.

I immediately raised Support Query No. 18290078 and submitted all the requested payment proofs.

After reviewing my case, 1xBet informed me that the payment had been blocked by the bank and instructed me to wait 14 banking days. They advised that if the money was not returned during that period, I should submit a PDF bank statement covering the entire waiting period.

I followed these instructions exactly. After 14 banking days, the amount had still not been refunded, and I submitted the requested bank statement.

Instead of resolving the matter, 1xBet informed me that the funds should already have been returned and advised me to contact my bank.

I contacted my bank, which confirmed that the transaction was successfully completed, the funds were debited from my account, and no refund or reversal has been received.

As a result, the ₹25,000 is currently neither in my bank account nor credited to my 1xBet account.

I have repeatedly cooperated with 1xBet's support team and complied with every request, but I have not received any meaningful resolution.

I respectfully request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me obtain a fair resolution. Specifically, I request that 1xBet be asked to either:

Credit the ₹25,000 to my gaming account if the payment was received by their payment provider, or

Provide official confirmation, along with all relevant transaction details, proving that the payment was rejected or returned so that I can pursue the matter with my bank.

I have provided all supporting documents, including payment screenshots, the UTR details, my bank statement, and my correspondence with 1xBet.
