I am reporting a dispute regarding a winning bet that was never credited to my account balance.
On March 7, 2026, I won 20.56 USD on the slot Stormforged (Hacksaw Gaming). I have the official Round ID: 25818305419.
I have contacted 1xbet live support and email support multiple times over the last 9 days. They keep telling me to 'wait for an email' that never arrives. I have provided them with technical logs and screenshots from the provider's server showing the win was successful, but they still refuse to credit my funds.

Amount: 20.56 USD
I am asking for the manual credit of my winnings. I have attached all the necessary proof (screenshots of the game logs and my conversation with the support) to this complaint.
