I have an issue with my deposit.
On 06/02/2026, I deposited 20000 EGP into my 1xBet account, but the amount was deducted from my balance and has not been credited to my account.
I contacted customer support many times, but no solution has been provided so far.
I have all the proof of the transaction and payment confirmation.
I kindly request that you investigate this issue and either credit the amount to my account or refund my money as soon as possible.
