Missing 180 000 DZD from deposit 1xBet Algeria
I am submitting this complaint because I have been facing a serious issue with my deposit at 1xBet Algeria, and despite several attempts to contact their support, I keep receiving the same automatic replies without any real progress.
On 04/11/2025, I made a deposit of 200,000 DZD through BaridiMob to the official 1xBet agent account (number 00799999000707967025, transaction ID 009375890554) at 16:40.
However, only 20,000 DZD was credited to my 1xBet account at 16:56, just a few minutes later.
The remaining 180,000 DZD never appeared in my balance.
Since then, I have contacted 1xBet support multiple times, attaching all necessary evidence — the official BaridiMob receipt showing the full 200,000 DZD transfer, screenshots from the BaridiMob app, and even a video recording from inside the application that clearly proves the full amount was sent successfully.
Despite all of this, I keep receiving the same repeated automated reply:
> "The deposit of 20,000 DZD was successful. If you have other pending transactions, please contact us again."
I have explained several times that the real amount transferred was 200,000 DZD, not 20,000 DZD, but they completely ignore this and never escalate my case to a higher team.
It has now been more than 4 days, and their system still shows my inquiry as “In progress”.
This delay is unacceptable — I have provided every possible proof, yet no one is investigating properly.
As a result, I’ve also escalated this issue publicly on Casino Guru and on social media platforms (TikTok and Instagram), as I have a large following, and I believe it’s important to warn other players about this situation.
I trusted 1xBet with my funds, but their lack of transparency, repetitive replies, and complete silence for days is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to review this case and help me recover the missing 180,000 DZD that was transferred in full but never credited to my account.
I am ready to provide all the evidence again (receipt, screenshots, and video).
