I created the 1xbet account using the 1click option and made two deposits of 2,500 BRL by Astropay card.

Lost data: login and password. I have the deposit slips. And I made only one bet on the account, it has a balance of 4700 BRL.

I have all the receipts for the deposit, which was made by the Astropay card. I have no way to provide the ID since I lost the data of the account that was created through the option to create an account with 1 click. I have all the tools to prove that I am the owner of the account.

I sent all the documents that prove that I made the deposit in the account, through the email: info-p­t@1­xbe­t-t­eam.com

I contacted them by email on December 6th, and they haven't solved my problem so far I really need my account to be able to use the casino.

I need to recover access to the account created through the 1CLICK option on the website. In this option, you are not asked for any type of identification. You create, deposit and bet. I deposited through ASTROPAY, with 2 Astropay cards, I have proof of both and I have proof of deposit from my bank to ASTROPAY too, I have the deposit date and I know exactly the amount that is in the 1xbet account since I made just a gamble last year. I have all the bank details and Astropay data that prove the account belongs to me.
