Please kindly check why I can't withdraw using my Visa Card, the notification show "Failed to Connect to Payment System".

I already contact the support, they are clueless and doesn't know how to resolve the problem. Its been 2 days and there is no solution.
I also contact your email and the security email but there's no response.
