SO on 1x bet i had 3 failed deposits via netbanking method (paygate) first was on 8th september 2020 next on 11th september and last one on 14th september amounts being 11000, 12000 , 10000 inr respectively when the deposits on the particular time did ot reflect in my account i intimated the support with email along with transaction details stating that i was charged in my bank account but the amount is not credited in to my 1x bet account
the customer support asked me for pdf bank statements which i sent them and they said they have raised the ticket and i would get the refund with in 7-14 working days
i had not received a single refund till end of September so i contacted them again they asked for bank statement which i sent them via email again and each time i had to call for an update they would just ask for bank statement and again today is 26th October i still haven't had a single refund for any of the failed deposits
indian customer care 1xbet support do not even revert back to the emails of complaints i also contacted security department the customer support of 1xbet they also do not reply to the emails
i am here by attaching all the screenshots of emails that i have sent 1x bet and still my issue of non refunds remains un resolved

Also, we checked the last two of your deposits. Your deposit from 22/12/20 on 10700 was held on the bank's side. The provider is currently processing your request. If the funds are not returned to you within 10 banking days, please contact the Support Service with a bank statement for the entire period. The second deposit on 12000 is declined in our system.
