I have made a deposit on 29th October 2021 for rupees 50000 INR but for some time they rejected the payment but the amount has been debited from my bank account and not credited in the betting account. I have contacted the 1xbet team via email by sharing the transaction slips firstly they said refund will be credited within 14 days, after that they said the amount is on hold from the bank side, many times they asked for the bank statement and I shared the statement many times but I am not receiving any proper updates from them.
They are just saying that they did not receive the amount but my bank is saying that amount is successfully settled and transferred on 29th October only. please help me out. I have contacted via phone call too but they are saying the amount is not received and many times they are saying that we did not receive any updates from the operator please help to receive back my amount, I am waiting for the refund two months.

Dear 1x bet,if u have initiated any refund just give me the details of refund initiated to my bank account then I would contact the bank...Simply u are pushing the issue on the bank's side ..If the case is on bank's side..I must and should have any proof of details that 1x bet has initiated the refund...Then I can question the bank right..So please send me the details of refund it u have initiated...
This case is on the bank's side, thus the user should be contacting the bank, as the user has been advised by the Company
