Deposits taken from bank account but not credited

I made three deposits on 1xBet.

The money was successfully taken from my bank account, but the deposits were never credited to my 1xBet balance.

I contacted customer support several times and provided payment confirmations, but the issue has not been resolved.

The total amount of the missing deposits is [9600 TRY].

I am requesting either:

– the deposits to be credited to my account, or

– a full refund to my bank account.

Until now, I have not received a clear solution.

I can provide all bank statements and screenshots as evidence.

First of all, I would like to thank AskGamblers and 1xBet for your follow-up, even though the delay has been excessively long.

I confirm that I have finally received all my deposits:
• 10/02/2026 – 3000 TRY
• 16/02/2026 – 3600 TRY
• 19/02/2026 – 3000 TRY

However, my withdrawal issue remains unresolved.

Your support team keeps stating that the withdrawal has been sent and confirmed. Despite this, I have not received any funds to this day.

From the very beginning, I clearly requested the withdrawal via bank transfer, which is the method I have always used on your platform. This time, however, the system processed it via an electronic wallet, even though I do not own or use any electronic wallet.

Here are the exact transaction details:

• Amount: 4,000 TRY

At this stage, I expect a clear and immediate explanation.

Additionally, to support my claim, I will provide my bank statement in PDF format covering the period from 04/04/2026 until today, which clearly shows that no such transfer has been received.

Please understand that this situation is becoming unacceptable. I kindly ask for a prompt and transparent resolution

First of all, I would like to thank the AskGamblers team for their follow-up on my case.

However, as you can clearly see, it has now been almost two months without any concrete resolution. During this entire period, I have only received repetitive and automated responses via email, live chat, and phone support. This handling is not only ineffective, but also highly unprofessional.

I have provided all the required evidence within the requested timeframes:
• Bank statement
• Transaction video
• Complete personal information

Despite this, I am constantly asked to wait up to 96 hours for generic responses such as “please wait”.

Regarding the issue:
• A withdrawal of 4000 TRY, which I requested via bank transfer, was processed without my consent to an electronic wallet. As of today (since 04/04/2026), I have not received anything, despite their repeated claims that the transaction was completed.
• A deposit of 3600 TRY ( from 16-02-2026)has also never been credited to my account.
• A deposit of 3000 TRY ( from 19-02-2026)has also never been credited to my account.

The total disputed amount is therefore 10600 TRY.

At this point, I consider this situation completely unacceptable.

I would like to thank AskGamblers again for their support, but regarding 1xBet, this will be my final amicable message.

If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will proceed starting next week with:
• Public exposure of this case across all social media platforms
• Sharing detailed reports in specialized communities, including Telegram groups
• Filing formal complaints with my bank and the relevant authorities for suspected fraud

I am attaching once again my bank statement clearly proving that I have not received the withdrawal, despite the support team’s repeated claims.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
