I made a deposit of 200 MAD to my 1xBet account on February 13, 2025, using CIH Bank. The payment was successfully processed and deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my 1xBet account yet. I have contacted customer support multiple times over the past 4 days, but I have not received a clear solution. I have provided proof of payment and all necessary details, yet my issue remains unresolved.
