Deposite amount of 20000 inr not credited to my 1xbet account from last 8 days

I would like to file a complaint regarding an unresolved deposit issue with 1xBet.
My deposit of ₹20,000 was made successfully on 25/04/2026 at approximately 4:38 PM through UPI payment method, but the amount was never credited to my 1xBet account balance.
Despite contacting customer support multiple times through chat and email, the issue has still not been properly resolved. I have submitted all requested documents several times, including my official bank statement, payment proof, and transaction details.
Customer support keeps asking me to wait, but they are not providing any exact timeline or final resolution.
