I made a deposit of 49k 2 days back still not received the amount in my account.
I reached customer support keep getting the same predefined reply.
I reached info-ind@1xbet-team.com and called the customer support, tried everything no solution yet.
Attached screenshot proof of payment.
Please help resolve this issue.
