Hello,
I would like to file a complaint against 1xBet regarding an unjustified delay in processing my deposit.
On May 19th, 2025, I made a deposit of 10,000 DZD using BaridiMob. The amount was successfully deducted from my payment account, but it has not been credited to my 1xBet balance, even though 5 days have passed.
I contacted 1xBet customer support several times regarding this issue, but my requests were ignored and I have not received any helpful response or resolution.
I have attached all necessary evidence, including proof of the transaction and screenshots showing the deduction.
I kindly request AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and ensure that the deposited amount is credited to my account or refunded.

"I would like to inform you that I have a video from the Baridi Mob app clearly showing the details of the deposit transaction. I also wish to inform you that one of your agents blocked my account while I was trying to inquire about the deposit with the support team
