VISA Withdrawal Issues

I am an existing 1xBet customer and have successfully withdrawn funds via my Visa card in the past without issue. Since 24 August 2026, all withdrawal attempts to my Visa card have failed. When I contacted 1xBet support, I was told this is due to a "technical issue" affecting Visa withdrawals, but no timeframe for resolution was provided.


I do not have an alternative withdrawal method linked to my account, and 1xBet's stated policy requires withdrawing via the same method used to deposit. I requested that support either provide a resolution timeframe or authorize withdrawal via an alternative method (e-wallet, bank transfer, or crypto) given the fault is on their end, but I have not received a satisfactory response.


My funds remain in my account balance and have not been paid out.


What I Am Requesting:

On August 5, 2026, I experienced a technical currency conversion error while playing Aviator by Spribe on 1xBet.

I contacted the game provider Spribe directly, and they conducted an official investigation. Spribe provided me with detailed technical logs confirming that there were no errors on the game provider’s side, and that the funds (663.30 EUR) were processed correctly in units, but miscalculated by 1xBet’s internal system during currency conversion.

I forwarded all official proofs and technical logs from Spribe to 1xBet support 12 days ago (Ticket TPQ-44918). Despite receiving full proof from the software developer, 1xBet support keeps ignoring the facts, sending automated replies that the issue is "under investigation," and refusing to perform a manual balance adjustment.

It has been 19 days since the incident, and 1xBet is unreasonably withholding my funds. I ask AskGamblers to assist in escalating this issue to 1xBet representatives so they can perform a manual balance credit of 663.30 EUR.

I am submitting a complaint against 1xBet regarding a missing deposit.

Reference # 5134211985 amounting to 1287.06 was successful and received

However Reference # 5134246773 amounting to 16000 was successful but I did not receive it

I already sent them an email of my transaction history PDF as well as a screen recording of my transaction in the Gcash App which confirms that I did not receive the 16000

I've also created a ticket with my bank, and according to my bank the transaction receipt they sent me with the reference number could not be found on their side. This just means that the payment did not go through and 1xbet did not give me my money

I have also sent them my transaction history 24 hours before the withdrawal date and 72 hours after the withdrawal date showing that I did not indeed receive the 16000 and yet they still kept telling me that the withdrawal was successful

I am filing this complaint regarding a 1,942 USDT withdrawal from my 1xBet account.

On 08.08.2026, I requested a withdrawal of 1,942 USDT via TRC20 to the following wallet address:

According to my 1xBet transaction history, the withdrawal request was made at approximately 20:27 and was subsequently marked as successfully completed at 20:35.

I have checked the wallet transaction history carefully, and there is no incoming transaction for 1,942 USDT corresponding to this withdrawal. I am attaching a screenshot of my wallet transaction history as evidence.

The concerning part is that 1xBet has marked the withdrawal as completed, despite the funds not arriving at the destination wallet.

I request that 1xBet provide the following:

1. The TRON blockchain transaction hash (TXID) for this withdrawal.
2. Confirmation of the exact destination address to which the funds were sent.
3. The blockchain timestamp and transaction details.
4. If the transaction was not actually broadcast to the blockchain, an explanation of why the withdrawal was marked as completed.
5. If the funds were sent to the stated address, proof that the 1,942 USDT was successfully transferred.

I made a deposit of 85$ on 7/6 and didn't get my funds or anything near to that after a few weeks when I was checking out the query i was told by the specialist that I need to send all verifications including a screen recording of my bank application so that they can help but i picked the payment receipt and transaction advice and emailed it to them so all the information needed and necessary to approve the deposit was sent. ​Following that delay in deposit processing, I received an email on July 29, 2026, from [email protected].
​In the email, the merchant explicitly instructed me to email them a clear view of my full 16-digit bank card number.
​Demanding full, unmasked payment card details via unencrypted email is a severe security violation and creates an extreme risk of financial fraud.
​Due to these predatory and insecure practices, I have refused to comply with their request. And still i have not received anything from the merchant
