It has now been more than 11 days and I still have not received any response regarding payment request No. 11109977.
I have already sent a video recorded from another phone showing my banking application and clearly displaying the transaction of 5,100 MAD. I am now also attaching my bank statement, which confirms the same transaction of 5,100 MAD made between 22/12/2025 and 23/12/2025.
