I've successfully completed a deposit of Rs. 30000/- on 23rd Dec'24, 5.37pm IST & it's still not credited to my account. Below are details for your reference.

I've shared bank statements multiple times as requested, I've shared the payment screenshots as requested, I submitted a video showcasing the successful transaction completed with 1xbet team & yet my deposit of 30000 is not credited to my gaming account.


I request help from AskGamblers to help me resolve this issue & end my traumatic experience with 1xBet.

Dear Team,

I'm sharing another documentation from my bank. Just in case there is an issue on the difference on statement transaction details & paytm payment screenshot, I've taken the confirmation from my bank that transaction was successfully credited to Ganesh Enterprises on upi 13nfwalqy3lr@mahb and merchant has claimed that he has already provided the services for the same.

Earlier I've already shared the video showcasing the entire transaction from paytm.

I request AskGamblers & 1xBet to resolve this issue immediately.

Dear 1Xbet Team,

Kindly decide what is the real issue here ? Whether it's account verification process or awaiting transaction details from your concerned department. This cannot go as an endless loop. it has been over 35 days for this transaction. I've submitted all the proofs from my side.

I've shared every possible proofs from my end. Statements shared thrice, shared a video to showcase the transaction, shared confirmation from bank stating the amount was credited to merchant and merchant stating that he have already given services for the same. You are forcing me to look at legal action.

Kindly resolve this asap rather than just pushing this in an endless loop.

Dear Team,

This is the exact same thing I've been hearing since day 1. Everything is pretty simple, just get the statment from merchant & you'll find that transaction in his statement. I've already shared the email confirmation from my bank stating in their investigation that merchant has claimed he has provided services for the same. If he has claimed it then what is stopping 1xbet to give me my hard earned money? Sorry to say but all this sounds like a big fraud and nothing else.

I kindly request you to share facts and details. Just talking in the air isn't resolving my issue.
