deposit not received and contrasting replies from customer care

I have made a deposit via Net banking option on 29th January for Rs.49,999 and it has been completed successfully through Google pay UPI. The UTR is 100082633709. I did not receive it in my gaming account yet. Firstly, the customer service agent told that it was approved an asked me to wait for 3 hours for it to get credited in gaming account but it's been more than 4 days now. Later, when I asked the agents again on call they told that 1xbet did not receive the money and will be returned in 14 days and again they told that it was approved and going to get credited in gaming account. What is happening? The transaction was successful. Please help me to resolve this issue, I have been using 1xbet for 3 years and never faced this issue. I kept this money for my father's paralysis treatment. Kindly do the needful and credit by gaming account soon as the transaction is successful, attaching transaction screenshot for your reference.

On 29th January, I made 2 deposits to delight traders and 1 deposit to SK traders through net banking option in deposit section. First one sent to delight traders was for 10,000 INR which I got it successfully in my gaming account. Second transaction which I did was for 49,999 INR at 7.40 p.m. through my UPI handle shrina­nda­nvp­7-3­@oksbi which was successfully debited from my bank account and transfer completed to your 1xt bet delight traders account. The UTR for this transaction is 100082633709. Since they money was not loaded to my gaming account, I spoke with 1xt bet support on call and he told that my transaction was approved and that it will be credited in gaming account in few hours. Since it was taking much time to get credited and I wanted to start betting, so I made another 3rd deposit for INR 49,999 via net banking option to SK traders with UPI handle kalais­elv­i06­061­961­@ok­axis. This transaction was successfully credited to my gaming account. The UTR for this third transaction was 100082754056. Only the second transaction was not credited to gaming account. I made request to customer support on the following day on 30th and they told that 1xbet did not receive the money but the customer support who spoke previously on 29th told that 1xt bet received and approved the transaction which i never received till today. So much contrasting replies by the customer support clearly tells that they want to keep my money and cheat and no proper response everytime. Firstly it was approved and recieved according to the customer support and they are wantedly trying to cheat. For the 2nd transaction of INR 49,999 with UTR 100082633709, please send it to my gaming account asap as it's approved. The customer support don't check whatever we say, so please send it to a honest and loyal person. Thank you very much for looking into the matter ;) I am again attaching the screenshots of payment successfully completed for 2nd transaction.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
