Made deposit on December 15th to another account ,< removed >. I have not see these transactions reflected in my account till date. Please help!!!, I opened a different account thinking the problem is from me and try to make another deposit of 120CAD on January 4th 2023, to my gaming account using Ethereum but I did not receive the deposit. I try to contact 1xbet support several times they keep telling me to send email to info-en@1xbet-team.com which i have done several times with no response.
