Deposit not credited in my account

Hi! I’ve made a deposit of 7500 PHP 5 days ago to my 1xbet account but is still not yet credited in my account. No sensible explanation from support team either. I’ve been sending follow-ups through email and chat but all they can say is to just wait and it will be “resolved soon”. It is in my impression that nobody cares about the issue and they’re just holding it up until i give up my concern.
