I deposited 5000 rs through the net banking method from Axis to Axis Bank. I have provided all the proofs like the receipt no bank statement and debited mail message.
For axis to axis-to-axis net banking method, we will not get any utr. I checked with Axis Bank about utr. I have checked the receiver bank statement with the help of an Axis Bank employee the transaction is there with my name like <full name removed> 5000 rs credited to the receiver bank... no help from customer care. They are saying that I will get the money in 3 hours but it's been more than 8 days still i have not gotten the money. I have shared all the proofs through mail already.
