Deposit not credited 2000 EGP
Dear AskGamblers Team,
I am submitting a complaint against 1xBet regarding a deposit issue that has not been resolved despite providing full evidence.

• Ticket Number: 15233043
• Amount: 2000 EGP
• Payment Method: WePay (Meeza wallet)
• Date of Transaction: April 7, 2026 (around 4:00 AM)
I made a deposit of 2000 EGP via WePay, and the transaction was successful. The amount was deducted from my wallet, and I have official proof confirming the deduction.
However, the amount was not credited to my 1xBet account.
I have contacted the casino support multiple times and provided all requested evidence, including:
- Payment receipt
- Screenshots
- Video proof of the transaction
Despite this, the support team keeps requesting irrelevant and unreasonable actions such as recording a phone call with a bank, even though I used an e-wallet and not a bank account.
It has now been more than 48 hours, and the issue is still unresolved.
I believe this is unfair handling of my case and unnecessary delay.
I kindly request your assistance in investigating this matter and helping me recover my funds.
All supporting evidence will be attached.
