I made a deposit using my Mastercard bank card on May 17, 2024, for an amount of 199.72. The payment was successful, but I did not receive the money in my player account. The bank confirmed the transaction was successful and sent the money on May 22, 2024, to Tantreys Perfume Limited.
When I contacted customer support, they responded that the transfer was not made to the site. Is this really logical? I have an invoice from the company confirming the payment was made to Tantreys Perfume Limited, but I have not yet received any solution.
This happened in Morocco. I also contacted Russian support, and after more than 15 days, I have not received any response from them.
