Deposit issues even for a 10 year casino Ruby VIP member
I have been a registered member of 1xBet for over 10 years and have been depositing funds regularly during this entire period. I am also a Casino Ruby VIP member, yet my long-term loyalty and VIP status have been completely ignored.
On 04 January 2026, I made a deposit to my 1xBet account. However, the amount was credited incompletely. Since then, I have been contacting customer support repeatedly, but for 11 days I have only been delayed, ignored, and treated in an unprofessional and dismissive manner. No clear explanation or resolution has been provided.
Despite this unresolved issue, on 13 January 2026, I made another deposit in good faith. This time, none of the funds were credited to my account at all, and the same so-called “investigation process” immediately started again, exactly like the previous case.
What is most concerning is that:
Customer support shows no seriousness or accountability
There is no transparency regarding the status of my funds
I am repeatedly told to “wait” without any concrete updates or timelines

Proper accountability from 1xBet regarding deposit handling
