On 16th February
I Deposited INR 1000 around 10.40 AM IST in 1xbet account but I have not received the amount in my 1xbet account. I DID transfer the money via bank transfer from Googlepay and the transaction was also successful.
But in 1xbet cashier it's not showing anything
I am also attaching all the screenshots for reference and also when I am contacting their support I am not getting any actual time frame that how much time will it take to deposit the money in my purpose account.
The support team is only training that there was some issue with your transaction so it may take a long time I have also emailed them and I have a query number 13193471. Kindly intervene in the matter and transfer the money to my 1xbet account so that I can play. The response which I got was "There is a technical issue with your transaction. Our specialists are investigating it".
Pls help and try to resolve the issue asap.
