Hi

On the 1st of September 2024, i accidentally made an NEFT payment from my mobile banking app to your IMPS mode of deposit and also forgot to add the remark code,

Date of trans- 01/09/2024

Amount- 10000 INR

Time- 5:59 pm (IST)

UTR- HS-92424555794229.

I have already sent the required screenshots along with my updated bank statement to 1xbet mail ID yet my issue to date stands unresolved!

I have attached all screenshots along with my bank statement in the complaint as well.

Kindly update my balance or initiate a refund

The matter pending for more than a week now so kindly help.

The gaming ID shown in the screenshot from personal account does not have a transaction matching the details of this transaction screenshot. Please provide the correct account number or a screenshot.

Also, please confirm if you have contacted support at info-i­nd@­1xb­et-­tea­m.com providing all the transaction details, as we cannot locate it by the ticket either. Kindly provide a screenshot of the latest response you received from support via email.

I have only one gaming ID at your website and that is - (508372795)

As you can see in the attached screenshots,
The money is debited from my bank account to your IMPS mode of payment,

*I forgot to put in the remark code and accidentally made a NEFT payment rather than IMPS.

I could not put up a request for my deposit since it wasn’t accepting the NEFT ref number (because NEFT ref no are not 12 digits)

The 12 digit UTR number given to me by bank for this transaction is
HS-92424555794229.

Kindly update my balance or reverse the amount (10000) back into my bank account immediately.

I have attached the last mail I received from your end.

My issue is still not resolved,
INR 10,000/- is still not reflecting in my gaming account or reversed back in my bank account,

No reply whatsoever from 1xbet team as well,
This is really disappointing,
Even after writing so many mails and complaints there is no support from 1xbet
