Deposit amount not credited 38 days have passed


Deposit amount 4900₹ Indian rupees has not yet been credited to my 1xbet account (gaming id 18429011) .....

Customer care on call in their app agrees that it is an issue on their end and keeps giving me multiple excuses.

1. Delay due to world cup.

2. Technical error.

3. Thousands of requests have been received so it is difficult to locate my deposit.

I have attached payment proofs including bank statement, screenshots and videos of my payment via email to their customer care to no avail.

The money was credited to 1xbet bank account in a second using their upi fast mode of payment

Please help me in getting my funds credited.🙏

I as a punter am concerned regarding the lack of credit(4900₹) to my gaming balance and the absence of a refund to my bank account, despite the fact that 42 days have elapsed since the transaction.
It has come to my attention through the AskGamblers complaint section that numerous Indian gamblers have encountered similar issues where their bank accounts are debited successfully, yet their gaming accounts remain uncredited. The explanation provided often indicates that the payment department is awaiting confirmation from the payment system regarding the transaction.
To clarify the situation and protect the interests of fellow gamblers, I would like to highlight several key points:

1. Regulatory Framework:
The Indian banking system is governed by laws that prevent failed transactions from remaining unresolved indefinitely. According to the guidelines from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), any disputed transaction must be resolved within a specified Turn Around Time (TAT). If a transaction fails, the amount should be refunded automatically within one day following the transaction date.
2. Transaction Process with 1xBet:
1xBet provides punters with the bank account details of cash agent brokers. We are instructed to transfer funds to these specified accounts, after which the broker confirms the transaction based on the Unique Transaction Reference (UTR) number provided by the punter.
3. Confirmation of Transactions:
The successful crediting of the gaming account is contingent upon the broker's confirmation of the transaction.
4. Documentation Requirements:
As punters, we are required to submit confirmation records, transaction screenshots, and bank statements to facilitate the resolution process.
Given these points, it is unreasonable for my successful transaction to remain unresolved for 42 days under the pretext of awaiting confirmation from the payment system.
I request that the 1xBet escalation team provide a clear and precise explanation regarding the specific payment systems they are awaiting approval from after such an extended period.

Is 1xBet implying that it solicits funds into third-party bank accounts that are not subject to regulatory scrutiny?

Is 1xBet asserting that the cash agent has not received the funds despite the passage of 42 days?

As a customer, it is not my responsibility to navigate through multiple channels once my funds have been successfully transferred to the bank account provided by the bookmaker.

It should not take 42 days for my gaming account to be credited, and the repeated response of "waiting for confirmation from the payment systems" is unsatisfactory.

If 1xBet continues to deny receipt of the funds, I will have no choice but to file a cyber complaint with the RBI and take steps to freeze the account to recover my funds.
I request immediate clarification and the prompt crediting of my account.

Additionally, I urge the AskGamblers team to highlight these discussions in the appropriate forum to prevent other punters from facing similar challenges. As a long-term customer of 1xBet, the amount of ₹4,900 is significant to me, and I expect a immediate resolution to this matter.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
