I am submitting this complaint regarding a 600 EGP deposit I made on 28/10/2025 at 09:03 via Vodafone Cash, which has still not been credited to my casino account.
I have already provided the casino with all the required evidence, which I will also attach here. This includes:
Full Vodafone Cash payment receipt
Transaction details
Screenshots showing the deposit request in their system
A screenshot from their system showing the deposit status as “Deposit Error – In Progress”
This clearly proves that the problem is from their side, not mine.
Despite all the evidence, the casino continues to send automated, repetitive replies without giving any real update or solution, and the delay has become unreasonable.
I kindly request your assistance to ensure the casino processes my deposit correctly or refunds the full 600 EGP amount.

I would like to clarify that my issue has NOT been resolved in any way.
Despite providing all the required evidence — including full payment proof, screenshots, and transaction details — there has been no real progress and my 600 EGP deposit is still missing.
The repeated statements that the case is “under review by the payment agent” are not satisfactory, especially since this delay has now become unreasonable.
I have fully cooperated and delivered every document requested, yet no action has been taken from your side.
I request a serious and immediate update on the status of my deposit, along with a clear explanation of the cause of the delay.
If no concrete progress is made promptly, I will continue the escalation through AskGamblers until a final resolution is achieved.
I expect a proper solution rather than repetitive or automated responses.
