I made a deposit of 10,000RUB to 1xBet on June 20, 2025 via bank transfer (Tinkoff), but the funds were never credited to my account.
I have opened a support ticket (#5785962) and provided all required documents, including:
Payment receipt (PDF)
Screen recording video of the transaction
Despite waiting over 5 business days, I received no clear answer. The case remains “in progress” with no resolution.
I kindly request your assistance to either:
Credit the deposit to my gaming account
Or return the funds to my bank account
