I am filing a formal dispute against 1xBet for unfair verification practices and withholding my funds. My standard KYC identity documents (ID, address proof, selfie) were already accepted by the security team.Following a review, 1xBet demanded an official medical certificate confirming the absence of a gambling addiction, specifically requiring a physical, handwritten signature.
