Deliberately prolongs review process and uses automated replies to hold
Instead of finalizing the verification, 1xBet is deliberately prolonging the review process. Whenever I check up on the progress, I only receive automated, robotic email templates stating that the case is still under review.
They are using these stall tactics as an impossible loop to hold my balance hostage. I demand that 1xBet immediately reopen my account and allow me to withdraw my full balance. I request AskGamblers to mediate and compel 1xBet to restore my account access and release my total winnings.
Dear all,
Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that 1xBet Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
If 1xBet’s system strictly prohibits repeated registration based on personal data, they should have denied my registration or blocked my deposits immediately at the very beginning. Instead, they happily accepted my deposits, allowed me to risk my own money, and actively processed my gameplay.
It is completely unjust for a casino to ignore a rule while a player is depositing, drag them through a grueling 58-day medical verification process, and then suddenly weaponize that same rule to deny a payout only afterthe player wins.
Furthermore, I registered this account using a completely new phone number and email address. I am the same individual, and I have only ever operated this single active ID to place bets on their platform. I have never used multiple accounts simultaneously to manipulate odds or abuse bonuses. 1xBet's decision to retroactively confiscate my $3,900 balance over a historically closed account—only after failing to invalidate my authentic medical certificate—is an act of extreme bad faith. I kindly request the AskGamblers team to review this predatory behavior and rule in my favor.
We would like to clarify that the player himself confirmed in his previous message that he registered a new account.
According to the 1xBet Rules, repeated registration on the website is strictly prohibited. Only one account may be registered using the same personal data, family, address, IP address, or device.
If a previously registered account has been closed, the player must contact [email protected] and request its restoration rather than creating a new account.
In this case, our records confirmed multiple accounts registered using the same personal data. Therefore, the decision regarding the player's accounts was made in accordance with the applicable rules.
Best regards,
1xBet Team
