I am facing difficulties with 1xbet casino from last 3 days, I won some amount of money and I raised a withdrawal request. At first they asked me to verify my identity by sending documents and neteller verification by sending screenshots. I have sent all the required documents and they verified and they processed my first withdrawal. After that they are not allowing me to play any casino game and not allowing to withdraw my remaining balance.
When I contacted customer service, they asked me to send mail to security department. I sent 100s of mails to security team to solve this issue, but from last three days I am not getting update from the team and no proper response is given from the team. I am really frustrated with this service and seeking help by submitting a complaint here.
