Delayed withdrawal and no proper response

I am writing to submit an official complaint against 1xBet regarding a severely delayed withdrawal, a total lack of customer support response, and their failure to provide any payment proof or transaction receipts. It has now been over a month, and the issue remains entirely unresolved.
Here are the details of my account and the disputed transaction:

Withdrawal Amount: 3500 INR
Payment Method Used: Bank Transfer
Current Status in Account: Successful, Paid out
On 30/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 3500 via BANK TRANSFER. This payment method matches the exact method I used to deposit. According to 1xBet's terms, the transaction should have been processed within a standard timeframe. However, more than a month has passed, and the funds have not arrived in my personal account.
Furthermore, 1xBet has completely failed to provide a payment receipt, ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), or any transaction reference that would allow me to track this with my bank or payment provider.
Over the last several weeks, I have reached out to 1xBet's support and security teams via email multiple times [mention any other channels like live chat if you used them]. Despite my repeated requests for an update or a transaction receipt, I have received absolutely no reply. My emails are being completely ignored, and I am left entirely in the dark regarding my own funds.
My account is fully verified, all KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements have been met, and I have not violated any terms and conditions.
I request that 1xBet immediately process and release my withdrawal, or provide a valid, official payment receipt with a tracking number so this matter can be resolved.
