This is a query on a delayed payment. My account id is < sent to casino >, I made a withdrawal of 3500 pesos on 27/04/2025 at 00:08 am thru bank transfer. The operator successfully processed it yet I still have not recieved the funds on my bank account until now. I opened this query multiple times with a live support and they always say that it was processed and I should wait but it is more than a week already. Please you help me on this.
