Declining withdrawals
I am a player for about 2 years. Everything was alright till I lose more than I win
First flag came in about 5-6 months back when I had win some money. I was asked for some crap KYC documents which were continuosly contested for better quality till I lose money, post which I got an email that I can withdraw. I have seen such instances and thought it is OK
Second flag came about 3 months back when I had win some more. The odds were almost down by 50% when I login. I understand the restrictions part and they were lifted after I lost some money.
Third one is from last week. They are simply refusing to withdraw any money from my account. Firstly neteller as withdrawal option is totally off from my account. Then I tried skrill which they said they had temp issues. Then, the reject withdrawals by other methods (even though I made deposits using them) stating my withdrawals are not in same proportion as deposits in those methods. Come on, its their issue that my deposit methods arent available for withdrawals. Finally after a lot of fight in 2 days they allowed me to withdraw into another method. I thought I am done and wanted to withdraw my balance now from there. For last 2 days they are repeating same not allowing me to withdraw into any methods and not having skrill or neteller methods available to me to withdraw. After a lot of back and forth emails where customer service mentioned that withdrawal methods arent available, now Security is asking for KYC documents again.
Seriously, is there any ounce of professionalism with you guys?
You guys should be banned and revoked of your gambling licenses to operate in professionally run countries.
customer service are robots repeating same thing again and again. They barely understand english or behave like they dont.
