During this period, I suffered significant losses, expecting to receive cashback according to your VIP program and promotional offers.

This clearly proves that I was actively betting and eligible for cashback during that period.
However, I did not receive any cashback at all for my losses.
The only amount I received was the tournament winnings, but no cashback was credited despite my activity and losses.
