Dear 1xBet Support Team,

I am writing to file an official complaint regarding my cashback balance, which has not been updated since 31-01-2026.

From 01-02-2026 until 10-02-2026, I actively placed bets and made deposits on your platform.

During this period, I suffered significant losses, expecting to receive cashback according to your VIP program and promotional offers.

In addition, I participated in the El Casino Tournament, which ran from 01-02-2026 to 10-02-2026, and I won within the promotional offers during that time.

This clearly proves that I was actively betting and eligible for cashback during that period.

However, I did not receive any cashback at all for my losses.

The only amount I received was the tournament winnings, but no cashback was credited despite my activity and losses.

This issue has caused me financial loss and disappointment, as I relied on your cashback system while playing.

I kindly request you to:

1. Investigate this issue urgently.

2. Update my cashback correctly from 31-01-2026 onward.

3. Credit any missing cashback to my account.

4. Provide a clear explanation as to why the cashback system stopped on that specific date.

I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution of this issue.

We would like to clarify that VIP cashback is not calculated based on the total amount of your deposits. Cashback is calculated based on the difference between the total amount of bets placed and the total amount of winnings during the calculation period.

According to the VIP program rules (Levels 1–7: Copper–Diamond), cashback is calculated as follows:

(Total bets placed since the last cashback – Total winnings since the last cashback) × Cashback percentage

Please note:

The calculated cashback amount cannot be negative.

If the result of (bets – winnings) is zero or negative, cashback is not credited.

For example:
If your total bets during the calculation period were 500 USD and your total winnings were 600 USD, cashback will not be credited for that period.

Cashback is based strictly on this formula and the defined calculation period, not on deposit amounts or overall turnover alone.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
