Cannot login to request a withdrawal

Good day,
I opened an account in 1xbet in 1st April 2020. I played in their site and my account was suddenly blocked.

I received yesterday this email message from them:
"Good Day.
We want to inform you, that your accounts have been successfully combined into 195324451 (currency account 195324571)
Our company decided to stop any collaboration with you (closing your account). This decision is based on the official Terms and Conditions of the betting company which you have been violated.
You can withdraw the deposited sum only. All deposits (transactions) of accounts 195202039 and 195324451 were merged into account 195324451. You can only withdraw funds using the same payment details that were used for depositing funds into your account. We ask you not to create new accounts in our website. Pay your attention to the moment that if you try to create new accounts, we will block them, the bets will be canceled."

I still can't login into my account to withdraw my funds! I contacted them and the only reply is this:
"Dear user, all consulting on the matter of your request was provided earlier in this mail thread."

Can you help me get in contact with 1xbet please?

Behavior shown by the player during the course of the investigation that AskGamblers Complaints Team performed internally by making multiple accounts for the same issue is direct breach of AskGamblers Casinos Complaints Terms.

AskGamblers Complaints Team maintains zero tolerance towards player trying to abuse our complaints service and not using it in a good faith, therefore we took the decision to reject this case and moreover, to ban player from using our services in the future.

Thanks for answering me. The issue is that you forgot about my two other accounts reported 142169369 and 26259987. Security told those bets would be cancelled and those accounts deposits werent merged into the other account as stated

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
