Blocking my withdrawals since February 2025

I’m extremely disappointed with 1xBet and feel completely cheated at this point.

Since February 2025, I’ve been trying to withdraw funds from my account, and for the past 3+ months, every single withdrawal request has been rejected. The reasons are always the same vague technical errors:

Declined by operator (technical difficulties #03 – please try again later)

Technical difficulties #02 – please try again later

Declined by operator (payment processing error)

On 12th May 2025, I made yet another attempt to withdraw ₹2,000 via e-wallet using correct and verified bank details — and once again, it was rejected after 24 hours with the same excuse.

During these months, I’ve tried reaching out to their support team via email, live chat, and even phone calls. Every time, they say things like:

“We’ve escalated your issue.”
“You’ll receive your funds shortly.”
“Please try again later.”

But that’s it. No actual ticket ID, no confirmation, and definitely no resolution. Just empty promises while my funds stay locked.

This has been going on for far too long. It’s clear now that this is not a technical issue — it’s a deliberate act to block withdrawals and withhold player money, while continuing to accept deposits without any problem.

Immediate processing of my ₹2,000 withdrawal made on 12th May 2025

I’ve had enough of this nonsense. There’s money in my account, and yet for the past FOUR months, every single one of my withdrawal requests has been rejected. Not once — every time. And what do I get as a response? The same copy-paste excuse: “There’s a technical issue, please try again.” Then, after 20–24 hours, the request gets cancelled. Every single time.

I’m not some new user you can brush off. I’ve been using your platform for over 4 years. So tell me — what the hell have you done to my account? Why are you blocking my withdrawals? I need an answer right now, and I’m not going to accept another generic excuse.

And don’t even get me started on the withdrawal methods. Earlier, there were plenty of options. Now, barely anything shows up. I even created a new account just to compare — and guess what? All withdrawal methods are available there. So don’t tell me this is some technical glitch. You’re clearly doing something shady with my account.

You better respond with a real explanation and fix this immediately. I’m done playing games.

Withdrawal request claimed to be successful but never received any funds

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal request that was marked as “successful” on your platform, yet the funds were never received in my BaridiMob/bank account.

I made a withdrawal request using the BaridiMob payment method. The withdrawal was first approved and then marked as successful only a few minutes later. However, after checking my bank account, I found that no funds had been received.

I personally contacted my bank and provided them with the transaction date and time of my bank account ,The bank confirmed that:

no such transaction was ever received or processed on their side,

there is no pending transfer,

and this type of operation normally takes around 15 minutes, which also matches the timeframe stated on your own website for this withdrawal method.

Additionally, on the same day, I successfully made 6 deposits and one withdrawal using the exact same payment method and account. All of those transactions appeared correctly in my banking history. However, this specific withdrawal is completely missing.

To support my claim, I submitted an official pdf proof from the bank showing all transactions for that day, including the successful deposits and withdrawal, while clearly showing that the disputed withdrawal was never received.

Despite this evidence, my payment query was closed with the simple response:“The withdrawal amount has been sent to the specified account.”

No proper explanation, transaction proof, or investigation details were provided. My evidence was ignored entirely.

At this point, I strongly believe there has either been an internal processing error or fraudulent handling of the transaction, because the withdrawal was marked as completed without the funds ever reaching my account.

I kindly request:

a proper investigation into this withdrawal,

and an immediate refund or reprocessing of the payment if the transfer cannot be verified.

I have already provided official proof from the bank confirming that the funds were never received.
